My husband, Derek and I would like to take the time and share with you our home buying experience we had with Ryan Davis. Derek and I became pregnant while travelling overseas and had a quick return home to Canada. We I new in our hearts that we wanted to buy a house but didn't I know anything about real state and a bit scared of using an agent because of some horror stories we have heard.
We decided to go with an agent anyways and we went with Ryan, and that was the best decision we could have ever made! Ryan was (is) so professional, detailed, honest, positive, energetic and he made us feel so comfortable right off the bat. We I new that we were in safe, fantastic hands!
While on the house hunt Derek and I got discouraged thinking we may never find the home we want and every time Ryan was there boosting our spirits and helping us get back up on the "horse." Going through a separation with 3 kids and trying to sell my house on my own, looked like a long road, not to mention a nightmare. I looked into selling it privately. With kids in sports, dancing, etc., I wasn't home much in the evenings. I knew I wouldn't have the confidence, patience or time to just sit around and wait for just one call. Back in October of 2006 I called you looking to buy a house, and you had Ryan Davis work with me. I am really glad for this, because Ryan's skill and expertise far exceeded anything I could have ever expected. Although I was a first time home buyer had no clue as to what it was I was doing, Ryan was more than patient with me.
When I first sat down with him, he told me that we were going to do things the way I wanted to do them, and that's exactly how it went the whole time. He was EXTREMELY accommodating for appointments and he was more than happy to spend some extra time for me on a few things.
If there was ever a question on a certain aspect of a home I was interested in, Ryan took the initiative and jumped right on it without me asking. If I had any questions that he didn't know the answer to, he'd get on those right away, as well.
Ryan doesn't fool around, and it's very much a pleasure to deal with him. Working with him definitely took 95% of the stress out of looking for a house.

Jeff Stern acted on my behalf in the recent sale of my house. I found him honest and hard working. Whatever Jeff said he would do he did and then some.
There was a difference between the square footage of my house that Jeff had measured and the square footage that the bank appraiser used for his appraisal. The difference was enough that the buyer would not have qualified for a mortgage and the sale could have fallen through. Jeff went to bat for me and proved that his measuring techniques were in fact correct. Because of this Bank appraisers have now adopted Jeff's way of measuring and appraising square footage of homes.
I would not hesitate to use Jeff for any future transactions and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a competent agent.
